Day 1

Ok i woke up this morning and drank my cup of tea. Then i made my lemonade for the day and that was pretty much it. Have not felt hungry as of yet (only the first day so who knows what could happen) I did have a slight confrontation with the fiance this morning. We were on our way to go wash clothes and i was in the truck drinking my lemonade as he drove and he made a ugly comment , he was like im really gonna test you now im gonna stop and get me something to eat. I think i turned red more red than the cayenne pepper that was in my cup. How dare he try and sabotage what im doing for myself i dont try and stop him from eating hamburgers every other night and pigging out nearly everyday. But anyway i decided that i would not and could not let him get to me.

Getting Excited Hooray!!!

Ok today i went to the local health food store and bought all of my supplies, so im excited about that and cant wait untill tomorrow. Im also a little scared because i never seem to have any support while on this cleanse so that kinda scares me but i shall press on. Tonight i will be drinking my cup of tea with senna in it i bought a new brand and flavor so cant wait to see what it taste like and hope that its not nasty. The name of it is Laci Le Beau and its the apricot flavored one so i will let you know how that goes later.
